Steve and Judy Alander established Quality Home Watch as a family owned and operated and much-needed service for the Naples area homeowners to protect your home while you are away. Unfortunately, Steve passed away and their daughter, Mandi, has joined Judy in continuing their concierge service of providing top notch home watch services.

Quality Home Watch is still family owned and operated, which means you get the genuine care that only a family can provide. We believe in honesty and integrity and would like to offer our company to be at YOUR service.

We provide you with a one-stop-home watch with professional, courteous, and honest service.

Judy has been a resident of Naples since 1966, and Mandi was born here…. you cannot get much more “local” than that this team. Judy and Mandi are keenly aware of the Florida climate, conditions and potential issues.
